Specific out-of-water training is provided, for all students interested in developing their technical level and fitness in their particular sport, whether it is Surfing, Bodyboarding, Longboarding or Stand Up Paddle. The training is based on the technical movements of the specific sport, and also includes elements of Yoga, Pilates, Natural Gymnastics, Swiss Ball, Unstable Platforms, Sports Training and Skateboarding.
For the beginner surfers, this training helps to develop the basic techniques whilst improving specific physical condition, to provide a faster and safer learning experience. For the advanced surfers, it provides greater knowledge of the body and the technical movements of the sport practiced and, of course, greater fluidity and strength in the more powerful and extreme tricks and manoeuvres.
